Villa Seada is situated on an island, immersed in the silence and perfumes of the marvellous vegetation of the Arcipelago di La Maddalena National Park. Here you can play at Robinson Crusoe, feed on freshly caught fish and chat to the cormorants or seagulls. The silence and tranquillity and complete absence of shops, hotels, restaurants and discos make a holiday at Villa Seada a truly unforgettable experience. The island is easy to reach: a 1-hour flight connects the major Italian cities to Olbia Airport, from which a 40-minute drive takes you to Palau, where the villa's speedboat awaits you for the 20-minute crossing. Built in 1920 and used as a shepherd's house, Villa Seada was renovated a few years ago and has recently become a paradise for a lucky few. Villa Seada offers its guests the services of a luxury hotel: a cook, a maid, a caretaker and a sailor allow guests to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. The cook uses only fresh produce - from fish and lobster caught locally to the porceddu farmed in the wild, vegetables from the villa's garden and homemade sweetmeats and liqueurs. Two boats are available to guests, who can go diving or fishing. Walking tours are recommended, to the house of the shepherd - the island's only permanent inhabitant - the sixteenth-century monastery or the little church, from which you can enjoy breathtaking views.

The villa is exceptionally well appointed and consists of two houses with over five hectares of land. The first house has two bedrooms (private bathroom with dressing room), living room and outside veranda with sea view. The second house has three bedrooms (private bathroom), including one with independent entrance, a sunny sitting room with large windows and a wide terrace overlooking the sea.
