BOOKING PROCEDURE

The booking procedure is basically the same for all our properties, you have to accept the general booking conditions:

1. Once you choose the property you like, to ask us if it is available for your dates, fill out and submit the completed booking request form. Be sure your email address is typed correctly or we won't be able to reply. We never divulge your information to third-party sources or use it to track anything about you and your preferences.

2. We immediately check availability for the property you chose.

3. Normally we answer you the next business day by an e-mail message. If the property is available we will hold an option for 3-5 days depending on the season, without any charges. You have to confirm, or not, within the option's expiry date.

4. Once you have decided to book, we will send you a Booking Confirmation Form. A 30% deposit (100% if less than 70 days before departure) will secure your booking.

5. The remaining balance is due no later than 70 days before your arrival.

6. No booking is complete until we have received and processed your payment.

7. As soon as we receive your final payment, we will email or fax you a voucher upon receipt of the total payment. We will also email or fax you the confirmation to show upon check-in, House Rules plus the exact address and phone number of the property owner/manager and instructions showing you how to get there.

8. Payments for all bookings are required in Euros by bank transfer.
